The team of the project “Protection and Promotion of the Barbastelle Bat in Germany”, a cooperation of Stiftung FLEDERMAUS, Naturstiftung David, NABU Baden-Württemberg NABU Niedersachsen and the University of Greifswald, have published 2 project films.
In the first film, the barbastelle, its habitat requirements and special features are presented. It also explains why it is endangered and how it can be protected. The second film focuses more on people, especially people who are committed to the protection of this rare forest bat as part of the project “Protection and Promotion of the Barbastelle Bat”.
The shooting of the two films took place in 2021 in the model regions of the transnational protection project.
